H. Rudolf (Rudy) Zeidler
President & Co-founder of ProfitablePricing Solutions, Inc.
Rudy is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success. With over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, Rudy has led multi-million dollar initiatives, managed high-performing teams, and rescued struggling businesses from failure, shutdown, and bankruptcy.
Prior to founding LoRu Management Consulting Associates, Rudy was the Vice President of Industrial Sales for Zenith Electronics Corporation, where he initiated and managed the company’s $280M+ Computer Electronics Components Division. Rudy’s expertise in business development and strategic planning led to significant growth and expansion for the division.
Rudy’s passion for helping others succeed led him to create nearly 80 multi-millionaire owners through his consulting work. His proprietary OptumPricer algorithm has helped countless clients increase profitability and cash flow.
Rudy earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he majored in Marketing and Economics. His education and experience have given him a deep understanding of the business world and the skills necessary to drive success.
Raquel Kennedy
CEO & Co-founder ProfitablePricing Solutions, Inc.
Raquel is a results-driven CEO, responsible for leading the ongoing development of OptumPricing’s SaaS product and coordinating all marketing and development activities. Her track record in executive and consulting positions in the public sector includes the successful management of over $100 million of Municipal, State, and Federal funds, where she was credited for turning around poor-performing programs.
As Co-founder and VP of Marketing for Victory Energy Solutions, a residential and commercial energy efficiency company, Raquel revolutionized the industry with new marketing strategies, earning her an award for Business Excellence from the Central Connecticut State University School of Business.
Raquel holds a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Planning from the University of Hartford, Barney School of Business.
James (Jim) Carroll
VP Channel Affiliate Director
As VP Channel Affiliate Director for PPSI, Jim plays a vital role in the growth of OptumPricing, leading efforts to secure strategic partnerships and channel affiliates in both the private and public sectors, both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining PPSI, Jim excelled in business development, government relations, and marketing strategy as the managing member of J Carroll Partners. His expertise was sought by clients in diverse industries such as business, energy, finance, government, healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing. Jim’s strategic plans and tactics helped clients achieve their goals and objectives with remarkable success and timeliness.
Jim facilitated a 300% increase in revenue for a regional energy commodity acquisition company by expanding their services to include efficiency and conservation, on-site development, demand response, and energy under management.
He also conceptualized and managed the creation of a successful financial service software solutions portal that was sold to a large mutual fund organization.
Jim’s accomplishments extend to the public sector, where he won and implemented the first competitive electricity procurement contract for the State of Connecticut, increasing client revenue by $1.5M per year for five years and saving the State $20 million annually.
Jim studied Economics at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
